Today, there are more than 530,000 Indiana University alumni living in 154 countries—the third largest alumni population of any U.S. college or university. More than half of these alumni live in Indiana—including more than 50 percent of Indiana’s physicians, 35 percent of its teachers, 75 percent of its attorneys, and 90 percent of its dentists.
Each is connected to Indiana University through shared memories and a strong desire to uphold and enhance IU’s international reputation for teaching and research excellence.
You can stay involved with IU by participating in events through the IU Alumni Association, advocating for funding and policies that affect Indiana University as part of Hoosiers for Higher Education, or by making a financial gift to support tomorrow’s students and faculty through the IU Foundation.
